Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. Simple! Just download the reservation form, fill it out, and mail it along with your $400.00 deposit to:

Q. When are the rest of the trip fees due?

A. Second payment of $1,600.00 is due 90 days before departure date, and final balance is due 60 days before departure. Tickets and final documents are issues three (3) weeks prior to departure.

 

Q. What if I decide to cancel? Are there any cancellation fees?

A. Yes, cancellation fees are as follows:

91 days or more prior to departure date………….$250.00
90 to 61 days prior to departure date……………..$1,200.00
60 to 31 days prior to departure date……………..$1,800.00
30 days prior to departure or no show……………..No Refund
